Wacky cake is a delicious chocolate cake, without milk, butter, or eggs! It’s a delicious recipe that’s deliciously safe for consumption.
First, mix together:
3 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of salt
6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Once all these ingredients are mixed, make a small well in the middle of the powder and add:
2 tablespoons of vinegar OR 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of vegetable oil (also known as salad oil)
2 cups of cold water
Mix all these ingredients together well. For optimum quick cake, fill two 9-inch round cake pans half full with batter. You can also fill one half full, bake it, and then reuse the pan for the second layer of cake. You could also make cupcakes if you want! Go wild.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees Celsius) for 30 minutes.
Once out of the oven, the cake needs to sit until completely cool before it’s removed from the pan. After that, you can frost it with any type of frosting you wish (shown with chocolate in the picture)
